Senior Product Designer, Scheduling

Weave is on a mission to elevate the patient experience through a unified platform that improves business operations so healthcare professionals can focus on patient care and realize their dreams.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will own one of the most strategic and critical product areas at Weave: our Scheduling platform. You ll be responsible for designing both patient-facing and staff-facing experiences, along with the patterns and systems that power them. Your focus will be on evolving the platform to support seamless native booking, scalable integration with 100+ external systems, and intelligent, AI-driven, agentic workflows across the Weave ecosystem.

This is one of Weave s most critical investments. Schedule is central to the company s mission—all our users  day-to-day operations are tethered to their schedule, making this role essential to our product success.

This position is Remote (US) or Hybrid – Lehi, UT

This position reports to the Product Design Manager

• Lead end-to-end design across large, complex initiatives, from discovery and concepting to launch and iteration.

• Define the vision for your product area in partnership with Product and Engineering counterparts, ensuring design decisions align with measurable business and user outcomes.

• Design for clarity and efficiency in Schedule workflows, creating experiences that help teams manage appointments, optimize patient flow, and facilitate intelligent patient interactions without friction.

• Shape AI-powered experiences that feel transparent, intuitive, and assistive, not intrusive or opaque—particularly for features that enable intelligent patient interactions.

• Contribute to and evolve Weave s Design System, ensuring patterns scale across the product ecosystem.

• Mentor other designers, sharing feedback and frameworks that raise the bar for design quality and impact.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmaps and ensure user insights are central to decision-making.
