We are looking to complement our team of Designers in several product areas (Trading, Consumer Banking, Internal Tools, Customer Success). You can choose your mission with the possibility of changing environments over time to intensify teamwork and develop individual skills.

As a Senior or a Staff Product Designer, you will be responsible for your problem space, designing delightful solutions for our 2+ million users. At Trade Republic, you will be able to improve your mentorship skills by helping younger designers learn & develop, as well as hiring promising talent. You will offer strategic insight into how we can shape our products and experiences for our customers.

• Take an active role in hiring and growing a high‑performing team of product designers working across multiple product areas in an embedded design, cross‑functional team model.
• Be responsible for aligning design strategy and growing the design team in one of the business elements.
• As an individual contributor, bring vision and deliver design solutions from initial concept through shipping and beyond.
• Help to create alignment with product and engineering on priorities leading to product design and execution.
• Partner closely with other designers, Product Managers, engineers, researchers, and data analysts to deliver high quality experiences for different user persona.
• Work closely with design leadership across different problem spaces at Trade Republic to improve our design process, operations and practices.
• Foster an environment of diversity and trust, where designers can accomplish their best work.

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer building, prototyping, and continually evolving digital products from ideation to implementation, specifically in mobile and web applications.
• A portfolio that showcases love for the craft and proficiency in problem solving, interaction design, desktop/mobile user interfaces, prototyping and a strong aesthetic sense.
• You have experience talking to users and working with product managers and engineers to design products that solve problems and deliver delightful experiences that people love.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to develop product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on people and business needs.
• Experience in articulating and synthesising design problems and solutions to a cross‑functional team.
• Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
• Nice to have:
  Experience designing financial products, trading platforms, or numerically‑oriented interfaces.
