Location: Lehi, Utah
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + Monthly Vehicle Stipend ($1,100) or Company Vehicle
Medical & Dental Premiums: 100% Paid

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager with 3‑5+ years of experience managing Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) construction projects
. This role involves leading heavy civil scopes from planning through closeout, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, safety, and quality goals.

Typical Project Elements Include:
  • Concrete Structures & Service Buildings
  • Mechanical Piping Systems
  • Clarifiers, Aeration & Digestion Tanks
  • Dewatering & Storage Facilities
  • Grit/Sand Chambers & Wet Wells
  • Disinfection Systems (UV, Chlorine, Ozone)
  • Pump Stations & Reservoirs
Responsibilities
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
  • Coordinate daily operations with field teams and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
  • Manage change orders, cost forecasting, and risk mitigation
  • Serve as primary contact for clients and inspectors
  • Support and mentor project engineers
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3‑5+ years of civil construction project management experience
  • Background in WWTP or similar infrastructure projects
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts
  • Proficiency with Procore (or similar), scheduling tools, and MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with municipal or DOT projects
  • Familiarity with design‑build delivery methods
  • Technical knowledge of concrete and mechanical scopes
