This role offers you the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of medium to large-scale transportation projects, collaborating closely with a variety of clients, project managers, firm principals, and support teams. You'll be at the helm of project delivery and design, providing strategic solutions to meet challenging project requirements—your leadership will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of transportation projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet and exceed project expectations.
• Serve as the go-to expert for all aspects of project design and coordination.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant related discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Utah.
• A minimum of four years of experience in Transportation Design and/or Design Team Management
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively at all levels
• Proficiency in Bentley Roadway Design software (Micro Station, Open Roads, Inroads, Connect), AASHTO design guidelines, and familiarity with DOT design processes and specifications. (Preference given to candidates that have worked on UDOT projects)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
• Ability to set up and participate in activities, which may include squatting, bending, and lifting.

Location: Salt Lake City, Lehi, or St. George, UT
Pay Range: $95,000 - $125,000
