ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Able to commute to our Lehi, Utah office location.
- Serve as a critical business partner in budgeting and forecasting, providing strategic insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support executive decision‑making.
- Partners with business leaders to provide reporting and insights to improve the company’s ability to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct analysis and prepare reports related to budgeting, strategic planning, and operational data to ensure financial soundness.
- Provide decision support to management, acting as a resource for financial expertise.
- Offer subject matter expertise to ensure optimal financial operations.
- Analyze and support operations for a facility, region, or division, potentially leading some activities under supervision.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned financial tasks.
- Utilize financial systems such as Velixo, Power BI, Strata, and ERP to coordinate the preparation and review of financial analysis and variance reports.
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify financial trends and reporting outcomes under limited supervision.
- Coordinate data input activities and perform programming for data collection and reporting.
- Serve as a technical expert and resource on financial systems and processes.
- Interact with stakeholders, effectively communicating financial information.
- Operate office equipment and computer systems proficiently.
- Experience in treasury/cash management a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and budget analysis software.

- Understanding of budgetary and accounting principles, practices, and policies.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen, using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms.
May be asked to drive or travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non‑sedative state. Must disclose prescribed pharmaceuticals and/or OT that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
