Licensed Esthetician

Overview

As a Hand & Stone Licensed Esthetician, you are part of a team that makes clients feel their best by unlocking their skin’s potential and connecting clients with their deepest results. At Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas, our vision is simple – make it the best hour of our client’s month. We offer innovative services, customized treatment plans, and build strong relationships through repeat visits.

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Carry an active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management and generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

• Pursuing or holding an Esthetics license in the state of Utah.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly, helpful attitude.
• Knowledge of skincare modalities (LED phototherapy, microcurrent, dermal infusion, chemical peels, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in a high‑volume spa environment preferred.

We need an Esthetician for Sundays. Shifts are open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, typically a 2–4 hour shift, most often 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Paid per service starting at $18 with an opportunity to earn commissions up to $30 per facial. Tips average $15–$25 and you receive 10% on retail sales. Potential earnings per service range from $45 to $75.
