Cellcura Sciences is a Utah-based life company focused on advancing regenerative medicine. Our flagship product is a terminally irradiated, filtered amniotic fluid with a one-year shelf life (stored at 2–30°C).
The RoleWe are seeking a Director of Sales who is first and foremost a closer
. This role is ideal for a proven medical or biologics sales professional who thrives in a commission‑heavy environment and wants meaningful upside. The position may be structured as 1099 or W‑2, depending on experience, performance, and cultural fit.
- Own and execute all sales activity for Cellcura Sciences within the state of Utah
- Personally identify, prospect, and close accounts (e.g., clinics, physicians, surgical centres, regenerative medicine practices)
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision‑makers and clinical stakeholders
- Clearly articulate product differentiation versus cryopreserved products offered by competitors
- Build and refine sales messaging, pricing strategy, and objection handling
- Provide market feedback to leadership on competitive landscape, customer needs, and product positioning
- As the company grows, help shape future sales team structure and strategy
- 5+ years of sales experience in regenerative medicine, biologics, medical devices, or related healthcare fields
- Strong understanding of regenerative therapies (amniotic products, stem cells, exosomes, orthobiologics, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to sell within company regulatory and quality guidelines
- Demonstrated history of closing deals and generating revenue in a commission‑based role
- Existing relationships within Utah’s medical or regenerative medicine community strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in an early‑stage environment
- Self‑directed, accountable, and results‑obsessed (“eat what you kill” mentality)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Primarily commission‑based compensation with significant upside
- Structure may be 1099 or W‑2, determined based on candidate quality, experience, and performance
- Opportunity for increased base compensation, bonuses, and leadership equity as milestones are achieved
- No geographic travel outside Utah required
