We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have an eye for talent, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Active Sourcing:
  Utilize various social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to actively source and engage potential candidates.
• Recruiter Phone Interviews:
  Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, and fit.
• Coding Assessments:
  Administer and evaluate coding assessments to gauge technical abilities of candidates.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  Strategize with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans for different markets.
• HR Guidance:
  Provide HR guidance and support to managers throughout the decision‑making process, ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring experience.
• Conduct Exit interviews and track feedback to implement process improvement.
• Implement 30/60/90 day onboarding reviews with new hires.
• An expert in benchmarking and compensation.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the software or robotics industry.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Proven experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through social media and other channels.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills and competencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

• Familiarity with coding languages and technical assessment tools.
• Experience in an HR business partner or similar role.
