Lead a global team of HR Business Partners and develop people strategies that tightly align with business goals, driving organizational performance, engagement, and growth. As a key HR leadership member, shape and execute enterprise‑wide people initiatives across leadership development, organizational design, workforce planning, and culture.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Partner with executive leadership to align people, talent, and organizational strategies with business priorities.
- Serve as a senior advisor on culture, leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing global team of HR Business Partners delivering consistent, strategic HR partnership across regions and functions.
- Translate business objectives into actionable talent, engagement, and change management strategies.
- Drive leadership development, performance management, and succession planning across the organization.
- Oversee career frameworks, talent mobility, and internal development programs that support growth and retention.
- Partner closely with Learning & Development to strengthen leadership capability and employee engagement.
- Champion an inclusive, high‑performance culture aligned with Net Documents’ values.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, organizational changes, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure fairness, equity, and consistency across all people practices.
- Establish and leverage people analytics to assess HR effectiveness, workforce trends, and engagement outcomes.
- Ensure HRBPs deliver high‑quality support across compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead people strategy for enterprise‑wide initiatives including reorganizations, mergers, and cultural integration efforts.
- Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement during periods of transformation.
- Coach leaders on building adaptability, accountability, and resilience within their teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including 7+ years in senior HR leadership or HR Business Partner executive roles.
- Proven success leading and developing global HR or HRBP teams.
- Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C‑suite executives and drive enterprise‑wide change.
- Strong business acumen with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
- Experience in fast‑paced technology, SaaS, or global enterprise environments preferred.
