We need a Rev Ops Data Scientist to help Pattern improve and scale their data operations. This role will play a crucial role aiding the both the data science and revenue operations teams, giving them visibility into key business units and stakeholders. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

• Building upon and improving existing analytical frameworks.
• Refining operational processes to increase both accuracy and reliability.
• Scaling machine learning models to support business growth and new demands.
• Leveraging global market data and trends to train and evolve models.
• Simplifying workflows and optimizing systems for maximum efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or a Data Engineer.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, rev ops, data science, and sales engineering teams.
• Strength in data architecture and efficiency, backed by a strong engineering background.
• Deep experience with AWS (EC2, ECS) and relevant AWS certifications.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the capability to collaborate closely with software and sales engineering teams (“the kitchen”).
• Demonstrated aptitude and proficiency in AI, with a track record of expanding AI capabilities.
• Experience expanding existing frameworks.
• Ability to enhance accuracy and precision in operational processes.
• Proven track record of scaling models to accommodate growth and increased demand.
• Experience training systems with global patterns and market share data.
• Expertise in streamlining processes to achieve greater efficiency.
