Arctiq is growing its Modern Infrastructure practice and seeks a highly skilled Senior Aruba Network Consultant based in the Utah area (Salt Lake City, Provo, or surrounding metros preferred).

This role is for a hands‑on technical expert who will lead the planning, design, and deployment of complex Aruba wired and wireless solutions for our Enterprise customers. It involves both project delivery and critical pre‑sales support for our local sales team. As a Utah‑based position, regular travel and onsite presence at client locations within the region are expected.

• Implement pre‑approved Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure successful delivery of Aruba network solutions on time and within scope while adhering to Arctiq’s quality standards.
• Deploy and manage Aruba's core networking components, including:
• Wired Switching: configure the Aruba CX OS switching portfolio (VSX, VSF, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
• Wireless Networking: configure and troubleshoot Aruba OS (AOS 8/10) Mobility Conductors/Controllers and Access Points.
• Lead the technical design and validation phases for new wired and wireless network architectures, producing comprehensive High‑Level Design (HLD) and Low‑Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Plan and execute complex network migrations, transitioning core and access infrastructure from legacy and competitor platforms (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) to the Aruba ecosystem (Shift

• Serve as the primary technical subject‑matter expert for the local sales team; participate in technical discovery, architect tailored solutions, deliver technical presentations, and contribute to SOWs, sizing, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Maintain onsite presence with flexibility to travel to client locations within the Utah area for project kickoffs, critical implementations, and key pre‑sales engagements.
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex wired and wireless performance, connectivity, and security issues.

• Must currently reside in the Utah area and be willing to travel to client sites within the region.
• Proven mastery of the Aruba CX switching architecture and OS features.
• Proven mastery of the Aruba Mobility architecture and wireless design principles.
• Strong, proven track record of designing, building, and documenting resilient, scalable, and secure enterprise‑grade LAN and WLAN solutions.
• Direct, hands‑on experience in planning and executing successful network replacements/migrations from other vendor technologies to Aruba.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field and 5+ years of hands‑on experience in a Senior Network Consultant role with a focus on Aruba.
• Experience with Aruba Clear Pass Policy Manager (CPPM) – design, deployment, and administration for 802.1X, profiling, posture assessment, and guest access.
• Experience utilizing Aruba Central for cloud‑based network operations and management.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to interface effectively with both technical teams and C‑level customer leadership.
• Experience integrating Aruba solutions with other security platforms (e.g., firewalls, SIEM).

• Expert Level Certifications (advantage):
• Aruba Certified Clear Pass Expert (ACCX)
• Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX)

• Other relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CWNE).

• Competitive Base Salary (commensurate with experience).
• Bonus Incentive: 10% of base pay, paid quarterly based on performance and company metrics.
