Role SummaryAs Associate Director of Ecommerce, you will lead all aspects of Pattern’s brand partner go‑to‑market strategies. You’ll nurture partner relationships, develop and execute business plans, lead a team of e‑commerce professionals, and increase operational efficiencies across platforms such as Amazon, , eBay, and more. This full‑time role has a hybrid schedule (60% office) and is based in Lehi, Utah.
Responsibilities- Lead strategic accounts to grow the business locally and globally.
- Lead key projects that step‑change operations and processes to drive efficiencies and best practice.
- Manage a team of 4–6 Senior Ecommerce Managers and Digital Advertising Strategists.
- Drive revenue growth on marketplaces using a data‑driven approach across a portfolio of brands in B2B and D2C marketplaces, ensuring clear activity plans to surpass budget targets.
- Define strategy and joint business plans with each brand to create mutually beneficial sales plans that grow market share.
- Proactively manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient end‑to‑end operations, seeking opportunities to drive sales and eliminate defects.
- Ensure brands are represented brilliantly across marketplaces through best‑in‑class product content, including images, enhanced content, keywords, local language translation, and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct analysis of brand performance using multiple data sources and tools to continuously optimise performance across all touchpoints.
- Maintain inventory health by accurate forecasting and targeting a 95% in‑stock rate.
- Collaborate with internal digital marketing teams to build and manage advertising budgets that strategically grow brands across all marketplace platforms.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 7 years’ commercial experience in an e‑commerce business; marketplace experience preferred.
- People‑management experience and comfort leading a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make sense of complex data.
- Ability to influence internally and externally to achieve common goals.
- Independent, highly motivated, and outcome‑focused.
