About the Opportunity

Our client, a leader in Fin Tech, is looking for a skilled
Deal Operations Analyst to join their team for a 1-year engagement. This project involves empowering our Deal Desk team with information and support to effectively support our Enterprise sellers and their customers. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Operational teams, Product Business Units, and Pricing Strategy to bring Go-To-Market offers to life and ensure smooth execution.
  • Enabling Deal Desk Analysts by coordinating, delivering, and supporting training on Enterprise Go-To-Market products and processes.
  • Establishing and upholding transparent approval pathways and process documentation that facilitate team navigation through Enterprise offerings.
  • Keeping global teams informed by communicating changes to go-to-market strategy, processes, and systems that impact deal support.
  • Contributing to strategic projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations, championing innovation and continuous improvement in quote-to-cash processes.
  • Acting as a trusted first point of contact for team members needing guidance on quote-to-contract processes in CRM, CPQ, and CLM solutions.
  • Fixing and resolving reported issues quickly to keep the business moving.
  • Building a solid foundation for team success through detailing common issues, solutions, and user guides that encourage self-service and collaboration.
  • Supporting system administration activities, including user management, permissions, and configuration updates.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role.
  • Deep expertise in quote-to-contract operations and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
  • Experience using case management tools to support documentation, workflow, and issue management.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, able to simplify complex topics, build alignment, and influence outcomes across diverse collaborators.
  • Demonstrable ability to identify challenges, propose thoughtful solutions, and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
  • Adaptability and resilience to shifting priorities, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to precision, ensuring that your work maintains exceptional quality and empowers teams to satisfy customers.
  • A growth mindset and curiosity to continually learn, evolve, and originate innovative ideas that unlock creativity and deliver business impact.
