Digital Marketing Manager

We're excited to expand our team with a Digital Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving growth across our digital channels. This individual will own and execute performance-driven digital strategies while managing and mentoring a small team, optimizing campaigns, and partnering cross-functionally to elevate Cozy Earth's online presence and customer experience.

• Own and execute Cozy Earth's digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging digital channels
• Manage, mentor, and develop two digital marketing team members, providing clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunities
• Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Analyze performance data and KPIs to drive insights, optimize spend, and improve ROI
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Retention, Web, and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
• Manage agency and platform partners as needed (Meta, Google, affiliates, etc.)
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Cozy Earth competitive
• Support testing and experimentation initiatives to continuously improve performance and scalability
• Other duties as assigned

• 3-5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or DTC
• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, Tik Tok, etc.) and performance metrics
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting is a plus
