Job Summary: Provide deep technical troubleshooting for escalated issues that involve Campaign's most technically complex or large-scale customers. This role requires expertise in full-stack troubleshooting, operational readiness, and SaaS application support, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for escalated issues impacting critical customers.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and report using tools to analyze root causes of serious technical issues and implement sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with customer care, internal escalation teams, product management, and engineering to resolve issues and drive task completion.
- Drive and improve the lifecycle of operational readiness from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Develop tools, operational enhancements, and automated solutions to enable self-service configuration changes, accelerate deployments, and improve monitoring for business-critical SaaS applications.
- Ensure proper monitoring and metrics are integrated into applications before production release.
- Full-stack troubleshooting experience, including:
- Networking
- Operating systems (Debian, CentOS)
- Web servers (Apache, HAProxy, Nginx)
- RDBMS
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, and Nagios.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, particularly:
- Networking (VPCs, security groups)
- VMs (EC2)
- Databases (RDS)
- Load balancing (ELB, ALB)
- Excellent information management practices (documentation, wikis, collaboration tools).
- Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and break down tasks effectively.
- Development experience in Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
