Are you passionate about Dev Ops, automation, and building reliable systems? The Business Process Optimization (BPO) team at Adobe is looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer who loves turning ideas into action! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving challenges, improving infrastructure, and driving better ways to build, test, and deploy software.
You’ll take ownership of designing and implementing modern Dev Ops practices across BPO. From CI/CD to containerization and automation, you’ll help teams ship faster, safer, and smarter. This is a hands‑on role with visibility and impact—you’ll shape how Dev Ops is done at scale across our organization.
What You’ll Do- Establish and enforce branching strategies (feature → dev → main) with code reviews and PR validation workflows.
- Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines that support rapid, reliable releases.
- Manage and improve container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Ethos) and related infrastructure.
- Automate deployments and environment configurations using scripts and IaC tools.
- Support and maintain both on‑prem and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Develop monitoring and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and security teams to align on best practices.
- Lead infrastructure change initiatives end‑to‑end: plan, execute, and optimize.
- Mentor engineers and advocate for Dev Ops culture through training and documentation.
- 8+ years of Dev Ops, infrastructure, or cloud experience, including 3+ years in a senior technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and container orchestration.
- Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash, or Power Shell) and Linux administration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Pulumi).
- Familiar with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Clear communicator—able to simplify technical detail and influence outcomes.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable systems and guide others through best practices.
Join us and make a real impact! You’ll help shape how Adobe’s BPO teams build, automate, and innovate. If you’re excited about scaling systems and enabling others to move faster with confidence, we’d love to have you on the team!
