IBM Planning Analytics; TMSenior Engineer

The Opportunity

Become a part of Adobe's innovative Finance Systems team in the role of a Planning Analytics Developer and Administrator! This position is crucial for the triumph of our financial planning and forecasting processes, fortifying our IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) framework. Your key duties will involve spearheading automation, scalability, and data accuracy within our planning tools.

• Develop and maintain TM1 models, cubes, and processes to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Coordinate user access, security roles, and system configurations across Planning Analytics environments.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including performance bottlenecks and integration errors.
• Automate workflows and improve data pipelines between TM1, Excel (PAfE), and other enterprise systems.
• Document processes and provide training to end users and collaborators.
• Stay abreast of IBM Planning Analytics updates and standard processes, and proactively suggest improvements.

• Possessing over 5+ years of practical involvement with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), encompassing expertise in Turbo Integrator scripting and MDX.
• Proficient comprehension of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) procedures.
• Experience with Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) and TM1 Web.
• Familiarity with Anaplan or other planning tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 – $242,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
