As part of the IT Operations team, you will be providing services and tools to support the company staff in a very dynamic and exciting environment. The role focuses on supporting a 95% cloud‑based IT infrastructure, requiring extensive knowledge of various SaaS applications, wireless networking, and integration across technologies such as Mac, DNS, firewalls, SSO, Microsoft products, and Google Apps.

• 5+ years supporting and monitoring day‑to‑day IT operations, managing Mac laptops in a corporate environment, and wireless network management
• Experience in LINUX or UNIX‑like environments
• Experience administering collaboration technologies, such as Google Apps, Microsoft Teams, audio/video conferencing (Zoom, Google Hangouts)
• Strong customer service attitude and problem‑solving skills
• Experience supporting IT in a security‑conscious environment – SOC2, ISO 27001
• Experience with MDM (i.e., Kandji)
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and centralized desktop/network management
• Attentive to detail and change‑control issues
• Knowledge of SSO services like Okta and password managers like 1
