- 13+ years focused on Deal Desk Ops and Revenue Optimization
- 10+ years reviewing MSA, SOW, NDA, Amendments, SLAs
- 5+ years with Quotes, order forms, Reports and contract to cash, SaaS subscription
- 4+ years experience in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with Zuora, Apttus, Conga
