Hybrid to office locations in Mishawaka, IN, Hopkins, MN or Lehi, UT. Must be able to commute to office 2x weekly.
Hours
:
Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm ET or 11am-8pm ET. Hiring for both shifts.
- In utilizing our CRM, work daily support tickets and provide accurate documentation for customers.
- Work in the team’s phone queue to assist customers.
- Maintain attention to detail, speed, and effective communication in day-to-day activities as a Solution Support Specialist.
- A fun, fast-paced team that turns data into valuable information.

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- 2 years of experience working in technical or product support.
- Previous experience in working with CRM software tools.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $19.95/hr – $28.35/hr pay ranges are determined by role, job level and location. Specific offer depends on experience, education, skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed annually.
