Advanced Analytics & Reporting Analyst 3

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity.

Adobe is looking for an analytical and process-oriented Business Analyst to help improve our license consumption reporting. This position will collaborate closely with the Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams to review and translate custom contract terms into business logic that will be stored in a structured dataset. The Business Analyst will ensure that these custom terms are ultimately accurately reflected in data overrides that are integrated into Adobe's reporting systems.

Your role involves partnering cross‑functionally to confirm custom logic, uphold traceability, and ensure accurate consumption data. The outcomes of your efforts will play a key role in how Adobe interprets and conveys customer usage concerning contractual entitlements, leading to enhanced decision‑making company‑wide.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the Sales team to understand what types of custom contract terms exist and how they should impact how the customer is entitled to use a product.
  • Develop SQL‑based logic that translates these terms into adjustments against Adobe's reporting systems to ensure an accurate reflection of custom contractual entitlements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to validate custom logic and guarantee seamless integration into reporting pipelines.
  • Ensure overrides are traceable, auditable, and clearly detailed for downstream consumers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on custom terms and consumption accuracy.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets across multiple systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, internal product telemetry).
  • The ability to problem‑solve with data through developing hypotheses and validating them through rigorous analysis.
  • Skill in deciphering complex business terminology and converting it into organized logic.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working across technical and business teams.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS contracts, visualization tools like Power

BI or Tableau, and Python or R for data analysis are a plus.
Compensation

The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,300 – $183,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
