Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Safe Streets is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting our business operations. This position is crucial in ensuring our Salesforce environment operates efficiently and supports our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and a strategic approach to implementing effective solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Platform Management:
    Take charge of the development and customization of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets our business requirements.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with various departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that address specific needs.
  • Solution Development:
    Utilize your expertise in Salesforce to design and implement scalable and effective solutions that support business growth.
  • Project Prioritization:
    Collaborate with project teams to prioritize development tasks, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
  • Field Service Lightning:
    Apply your knowledge of Field Service Lightning to improve our field service operations, increasing productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Integration:
    Work with development teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third‑party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Requirements
  • Salesforce

    Experience:

    A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Certifications:

    Administrator or PD1 certification is required; other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Lightning Experience.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules. Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench).

Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).

Comfortable with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.

Analytical

Skills:

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Field Service Lightning Expertise:
Strong experience with Field Service Lightning, including hands‑on implementation and optimization within Salesforce.

Strategic Approach:
Ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions that drive business results.

Communication

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem‑Solving

Skills:

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex issues.

Release Management:
Plan and execute Salesforce releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This includes sandbox management, change sets, and version control.

Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
