Net Documents is seeking a Senior Manager, Datacenter & Cloud Applications to lead a team and function that will evolve alongside our infrastructure strategy. Initially, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our Datacenter Infrastructure team, ensuring our on‑premise environments operate with a high degree of reliability, security, and scalability. As our public cloud journey matures, you’ll build and lead a team of cloud application engineers who operate as hands‑on AWS engineers and trusted operational partners to our broader engineering organization.

This role is ideal for a leader who can operate credibly across both physical infrastructure and cloud‑native environments and who is excited to actively shape the transition between them.

• Lead day‑to‑day datacenter operations as part of the Cloud Infrastructure organization, ensuring stability, reliability, and performance across our physical environments.
• Oversee operational practices across hardware, network, compute, and supporting infrastructure.
• Partner with Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Architecture teams to maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure supporting Net Documents products.
• Ensure infrastructure operations align with security and compliance requirements, including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
