BI Developer 3

Location:
San Jose, CA/ Lehi, UT (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate Range: $55.00 - $59.85/hr. on W2

Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner
• Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, analytics, and engineering teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted.
