This is a full‑time role and will work a hybrid schedule in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Inventory Manager?
  • Own and optimize demand forecasts and ordering strategies for complex or high‑impact brands
  • Set long‑term inventory strategies and influence category‑level planning decisions
  • Lead executive‑level brand discussions and manage escalations
  • Analyze systemic forecast issues and drive process or tooling improvements
  • Mentor Associate and Inventory Managers on forecasting, ordering, and brand management
  • Partner with leadership on inventory performance, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives
What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of supply/demand planning or buying experience
  • Expert‑level Excel and strong ERP system expertise
  • Proven ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
  • Deep understanding of retail KPIs and inventory economics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
