Retail Store Manager – PUMA Group

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a PUMA store, ensuring outstanding customer experience and meeting sales and profitability goals.

• Maintain high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability through effective planning, expense control, sales and service.
• Recruit, train, develop and succession plan high-performing teams.
• Control payroll and build service-driven schedules while maintaining profitability.
• Ensure completion of all employee training programs and conduct performance recognition, coaching and talent management processes.
• Implement loss prevention education and awareness programs.
• Execute and process merchandise transactions, meet inventory and shrink goals, and conduct physical inventory counts.
• Manage marketing initiatives and events, maintain POS access rights and Visual Guidelines.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, operational competencies and keep a safe, healthy and compliant environment.
• Attend off‑site training, meetings and participate in new store openings/closings; travel may be required.
• Work non‑traditional hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

• 2–4 years of management experience in a customer‑service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals, solve complex issues and present information to large groups.
• Strong team‑building and development skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic MS Office proficiency.
• Physical ability to walk, move, lift up to 30 lbs, and utilize vision and hearing for the role.

Base pay: $64,480 – $80,000 + Bonus + Benefits. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement and other corporate benefits.
