Böhme was founded by Vivien and Fernanda Böhme, two sisters from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil who immigrated to the United States as young girls. With the usual struggles of an immigrant family, work was inevitable from an early age. Their strong work ethic, dedication, and passion for success lead to them opening Böhme in 2006 at just 23 & 24 years old.

Böhme is led by Vivien’s mind for business as CEO and Fernanda’s eye for design as Creative Director. Today we have store locations across the western US and employ over 200 women.

• We are looking for a Stylist who loves fashion as much as we do. You will be able to be an effective team player who will contribute a positive approach to the customer shopping experience through knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service while maintaining the store and personal appearance standards

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor.
• Provide assistance to customers by answering merchandise related questions.
• Meet individual sales goals (SPH, ADS, and UPT) established by store management every day.
• Fill, size, and fold merchandise throughout the shift.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store as directed by store management.
• Continue self-training using Bohme and all other training materials along with hands-on store training provided by management.
• Communicate to store management any customer needs or concerns.
• Assist in processing merchandise as directed by store management.
• Follow all established safety procedures.
• Observe and monitor for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual internal or external activity
• Ring up sales transactions as directed by store management
• Operate cash register as directed by store management
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Sunday work is required

• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
• Experience with retail selling
• Provide a positive shopping experience to every customer
