Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The right candidate will have experience using Challenger Sale, MEDDIC or BANT and extensive experience multi-threading to progress/close deals.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mid-market segment
- Qualify leads and prospects through research, relationships, and outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and how Giv. impacts our customers
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in healthcare technology industry
- Successful managing sales cycle longer than 45
- Experience selling to mid-market or larger businesses
- Strong understanding of MEDDIC, BANT, or Challenger sales methodology
- Proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, and GSuite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Terrific storyteller after a strong discovery
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-Motivated and results driven
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
