Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The right candidate will have experience using Challenger Sale, MEDDIC or BANT and extensive experience multi-threading to progress/close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mid-market segment
  • Qualify leads and prospects through research, relationships, and outreach
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and how Giv. impacts our customers
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in healthcare technology industry
  • Successful managing sales cycle longer than 45
  • Experience selling to mid-market or larger businesses
  • Strong understanding of MEDDIC, BANT, or Challenger sales methodology
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, and GSuite
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Terrific storyteller after a strong discovery
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-Motivated and results driven
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
