As our Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in Enzo Health's AI-powered healthcare solutions. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify prospects who can benefit from our innovative documentation and compliance tools. You'll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline and contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare documentation.

- Research and identify potential clients within the healthcare industry, focusing on home health agencies and clinical practices.
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social media to engage with decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and demos between prospects and Account Executives.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward.
- Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns and events for lead generation.
- Track and analyze outreach performance to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Gather and document valuable market insights from prospect conversations.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer pain points.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams about prospect needs and objections.
- Contribute to the refinement of our ideal customer profile and targeting strategy.
- Represent Enzo Health professionally as the first point of contact for many prospects.
- Develop a deep understanding of our solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Build rapport with prospects by understanding their specific challenges and needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and resilience to handle rejection.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a high-volume outreach environment.
- Coachable attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- A basic understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology is a plus.
- Passion for how AI and technology can transform healthcare operations.
