Annie can answer calls, schedule overdue patients, complete tasks, and gives office managers and dentists the peace of mind that patients are being taken care of without the burnout.

About the role

We are bursting at the seams and need more people to help us capitalize on all of the attention Annie's brand has built and carry on the momentum! With a lot of growth comes a lot of change and a lot of opportunity. We need people that are excited and motivated by the possibilities that type of environment brings and who will do well with a high level of both autonomy and accountability.

We are looking for SDRs who want to be a part of creating something special from the ground up and are committed to winning both as an individual and as a team.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Annie, you’ll be on the front lines driving our growth. This includes connecting with dental offices, sparking interest, and scheduling demos that show the power of Annie in action. You’ll split your time between outbound prospecting and engaging warm leads from events or inbound channels, always with the goal of helping more practices discover what Annie can do for them.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, loves to win, thrives in high-performance environments, and wants to grow their career in sales. You’ll receive extensive training not only in sales strategy, our product, the dental industry, but also in understanding AI and how it’s transforming the future of work. You’ll work closely with our founder, sales leaders, support and product teams in a tight-knit environment where every voice matters.

What you’ll be doing
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and texts to connect with prospects to cultivate interest.
  • Manage your pipeline like it is your own business. Staying organized, making consistent follow ups and generating new leads.
  • Partner with AEs, marketing, and leadership to align and refine our teams messaging, surface insights, and improve our outreach strategy.
  • Convert interest into scheduled product demos for your Account Executive to meet with dentists, office managers, and other qualified business owners to introduce them to Annie.
  • Travel to industry trade shows to represent Annie, connect with prospects, generate new opportunities, and carry out demos.
Learn and Grow
  • Attend team meetings and trainings to collaborate, sharpen your sales skills, become an industry expert, and learn how to master the AI tools at your disposal.
  • SDRs will have opportunities to carry out demos of their own to help prepare them for a future AE role.
  • Work to consistently meet performance expectations based on clearly defined metrics.
  • Contribute to building Annie's brand by helping create an ideal customer experience from A-Z throughout every interaction in the sales process and customer journey.
  • Clearly communicate customer needs and expectations with other departments.
  • Maintain a high level of organization both in coordinating meetings and managing your pipeline in Hubspot.

Compensation
  • Salary + Uncapped Commissions. OTE between $80,000 to $90,000
