About AnnieAnnie is an AI‑powered digital employee built specifically for dental practices to help with the tedious admin work of running an office. Annie can answer calls, schedule overdue patients, complete tasks, and gives office managers and dentists the peace of mind that patients are being taken care of without the burnout.
Although Annie’s foundation is innately tied to AI, the product is so much more. We pride ourselves on emphasizing the benefits of AI without the hype and building a product that delivers measurable ROI to our customers. To date, our "AI Coworker" has generated $3M+ in revenue for our customers.

AboutThe Role
We are hiring for a full‑cycle AE role. You will help source your own pipeline, qualify prospects, run clear discovery, deliver tailored demos for dental practices, and close new business. You will work a mix of outbound activity and warm conversations from inbound leads and events, with the goal of turning interest into customers.
As a small team, you will have opportunities to work directly with our head of sales and founder to give feedback on our pitch, contribute to sales strategy, and refine messaging based on what you hear in the market.
What You’ll Do- Run discovery with dental practices, confirm fit and decision process, and tailor product demos to their workflow.
- In addition to working warm inbound leads and event leads, ensure a full pipeline by sourcing your own leads through targeted outbound calls, emails, and texts.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close new business with clean handoffs to onboarding.
- Maintain an organized, accurate pipeline and forecast, follow up consistently, and hit monthly goals.
- Share voice of customer with the founder and head of sales and help refine messaging and the sales motion.
- Represent Annie at select trade shows to meet prospects, generate opportunities, and run on‑site demos.
- You have prior closing experience and can point to wins.
- You sell with integrity. You set clear expectations, avoid promises we cannot keep, and shape deals that set customers up for success and strengthen our brand.
- 1‑3+ years in B2B sales as an SDR, AE, or full‑cycle seller.
- Confident running live demos and explaining outcomes in simple terms.
- Clear communicator, strong writer, and steady in follow up.
- Excited about technology and curious to learn how AI applies to real problems.
- Organized, competitive, coachable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup.
- Take pride in your work and care about helping the team win.
- Able to work in the Lehi office.
- You have brought a project to life, whether a small business, side hustle, or club initiative.
- Experience in dental or healthcare.
- You can talk about tech and AI with confidence and genuine interest.
- Salary: $120,000-$170,000 OTE (Uncapped commissions/accelerators)
