This is not a service-based marketing sales role. This is a system sale. Account Executives sell the Success Center as a growth engine that helps businesses generate more opportunities, convert more leads, and reduce overhead through automation.

We are prioritizing candidates located in Southern California (Orange County, San Diego and L.A.), Utah, Houston, Dallas, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale and Chicago. This position can be remote, hybrid or in-office depending on candidate preference and location. MyAdvice is headquartered in Lehi, Utah.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities) Outbound Leadership & Pipeline Ownership- Generate pipeline through 200+ outbound activities per week (calls, SMS, email, Linked In, referrals)
- Complete 4 hours of pure outbound calling daily
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in Hub Spot with impeccable data hygiene
- Set 12 demos/week, holding at least 10/week consistently
- Run structured discovery that uncovers emotional drivers, operational inefficiencies, and revenue gaps
- Deliver clear, authority-based demos that challenge prospect assumptions and reframe their understanding of what they actually need
- Position the Success Center as a profitability engine — not a marketing package
- Provide Success Plans that directly link MyAdvice to ROI and business outcomes
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact → close
- Treat closing as a service — helping business owners make decisions that benefit their revenue
- Use assumptive language, clear expectations, and decision frameworks to close deals confidently
- Maintain a positive, resilient attitude through volume selling and rejection
- Hit and maintain quota standards
- Participate fully in all coaching sessions, skill drills, and ongoing training
- Show up prepared, early, and ready to contribute at all times
- Lead yourself with professionalism, discipline, and ownership
- Proven hunter with experience generating your own pipeline
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills
- Ability to challenge buyers respectfully while maintaining trust
- Fearless on the phone with emotional certainty and energy

- Strong command of CRM usage (preferably Hub Spot)
- Comfortable with outbound tech (dialers, sequences, video, SMS)
- Able to learn and articulate platform features with confidence
- Minimum 1 year of B2B or full-cycle sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Must have reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
- Must live in the contiguous United States
