Sales Development Representative

Overview

We are building software to run the $15bn Car Wash industry. Rinsed is a B2B SaaS company helping car washes transition to a subscription model. We have a small team that recently closed a Series B round and serve over 3,000 car washes with more than 8 million memberships. This is a founding‑DNA role where you shape product, culture, and growth.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you handle prospects through the CRM, build and manage pipeline, and collaborate with Account Executives to set qualified demos.

• Daily outreach via email, phone calls, or text message
• Updating Hub Spot and calendar
• Prospecting through extra tools to source more leads
• Communicating with AEs and other SDRs for collaboration
• Continued education on the Rinsed platform

You bring excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a proactive and persistent mindset, organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads, and a solid understanding of the product or service being offered. You have 1+ years of sales experience.

The base pay range is $55,000 – $65,000 per year.
