About the Role
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Account Executive to own all sales for new individual users on our platform. This includes inbound leads (from our website, referrals, and marketing) as well as outbound prospecting to drive more sign-ups. You’ll be responsible for running cadences, doing demos, and closing deals — all supported by a solid playbook and a product people love.
This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of SaaS experience — or a top-performing SDR ready to step up and run the full sales cycle.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from forms, website signups, and campaigns
- Run outbound cadences to convert new prospects into individual customers
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Book and run single event discovery calls + product demos
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM (Hub Spot)
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success for smooth handoffs
- Become an expert on our product and how it helps mortgage, real estate, and insurance pros grow
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or SDR role (SaaS preferred but not required)
- Someone who loves talking to people and solving problems
- Self-starter who’s coachable, goal-driven, and ready to grow
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple deals
- Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot or Salesforce is a plus

Compensation
- $55,000 base / $85,000 OTE
