If so, this is your chance. We're looking for a Local AI Consultant to become the most visible, helpful, and connected AI expert in the Salt Lake-Lehi business community. Your job isn't to be a coder; it's to be a sales evangelist, community builder, and strategic connector. You are the bridge between local businesses and our world-class team that delivers AI solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals in retail, consumer sales, or hospitality to pivot into the lucrative B2B technology sector, leveraging their natural people skills to build a business with uncapped, recurring income.

This is a networking and educational sales role. You get paid to have conversations. Your daily work involves talking to business owners in the Salt Lake-Lehi area, understanding their challenges, and showing them the potential of AI. You succeed by being curious, helpful, and consistently present in the community. You are a business journalist, an interviewer, and a process consultant all in one.

You find the stories, identify the pain, and introduce the solution-which our team then delivers.

This is not a pushy, transactional sales job. It is about building trust, creating value, and establishing long-term relationships.

• Morning: You start your day with the "Core Loop": having 5+ conversations about AI with local business owners. You then post your insights on Linked In, building your personal brand as the go-to AI expert in the Silicon Slopes.
• Afternoon: You attend a local networking event, like a chamber of commerce meeting or a tech meetup. You use our "Event-to-Gamma" strategy to turn conversations into valuable content and leads.
• Evening: You host the casual Weekly AI Meetup for the Salt Lake-Lehi community, creating a loyal following and a consistent source of leads.

We're not looking for a "perfect resume." We're looking for the right person. You might come from a background in sales, community, journalism, podcasting, recruiting, or partnerships-but what matters more is how you connect. You're naturally curious, professionally inquisitive, and you love helping people articulate their ideas or work through a problem out loud.

You have a genuine interest in AI (even if you're not an expert yet), and you're hungry to learn the landscape. You want to build something meaningful and get in early on a fast-growing motion.

We provide everything you need to succeed:

• A 6-Month On-Ramp: A $2,000/month guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months, followed by a $2,000/month draw against commission for months 4-6. This provides stability as you build your pipeline.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: After the on-ramp, you move to a straight commission model with 50% commission on upfront projects (average $10k, so $5k commission) and 25% recurring commission on monthly retainers.
• Comprehensive Training: Access to our full library of pre-recorded AI and Business training modules.
• A Full Tech Stack: We provide paid accounts for Otter.ai, Zoom, Manus, and our proprietary knowledge base platform.
• Marketing & Branding Assets: Your own website, email address, and swag to establish your brand in the Salt Lake-Lehi market.
• Direct Mentorship: Weekly coaching calls to review your pipeline, role-play sales calls, and co-host your first round tables.
