Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic HVAC Sales Expert with proven prior sales experience. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our HVAC products and services. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and promote HVAC products and services to potential customers
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service and support
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:

• Proven prior sales experience in the HVAC industry, related field, or strong sale experience
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Willingness to travel locally as needed
