In this excavation position, you are responsible for the daily coordination and production of your team and project-specific activities. Each day, you complete a variety of important tasks, including reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring every project meets all specifications, and ensuring your team is meeting set production goals. A natural-born leader, you competently oversee the installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, storm drain, and pressurized irrigation.

Always willing to jump in and lend a hand, you occasionally operate a track hoe to aid in the installation process.

You also work with our superintendents to track expenses and maintain strict adherence to project timelines. Organized and efficient, you manage materials, ensuring that you have everything necessary to complete the project.
