• 2+ years of experience as a mechanic
• A clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Detail oriented
• Some construction knowledge is a plus

You'll perform daily maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of heavy equipment—excavators, dozers, haul trucks, graders, pickups, and more. You will work independently at job sites, making sure machines are running safely and efficiently. Accuracy matters here: you'll log services, complete reports, and follow safety procedures while staying focused on detail and quality.
