This is a full‑time position with a typical schedule of 7 AM – 5 PM
. About 80% of our work is in Utah County, with the remaining 20% in southwest Salt Lake County. You'll be working outdoors on various construction sites, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a Pipe Crew Loader – Backfill Operator, you will operate heavy equipment to dig and backfill trenches for pipe installation, ensuring the work meets project specifications. You will load materials and gravel into trenches, preparing the site for proper pipe placement. Using project plans as a guide, you will carefully execute tasks to ensure precision and efficiency in every job.

Your expertise in track hoes and loaders will be essential as you navigate various terrains and job sites. You will be a key player in keeping projects on schedule, maintaining safety protocols, and working alongside a dedicated team that values hard work and attention to detail.
