• Build high-quality decks that last and impress
• Read and execute plans with precision
• Proficient in driving trucks safely, including pulling a trailer
• Collaborate with a skilled team that respects your knowledge
• Represent Blackrock Decks professionally with every customer
• Bring energy, pride, and attention to detail to every project

• Who You Are:
• Self-motivated, reliable, and take ownership of your work
• Experienced with framing (required); deck-building experience preferred
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Able to perform physical work
• Ready to grow your career, not just punch a clock
• Must comply with our drug-free workplace policy
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance

  Schedule:
  
  Full-time | 40+ hours/week | Monday–Thursday (10-hour shifts), occasional Fridays
• $19–$23/hour depending on experience and skill
