• Lead a small engineering team, owning major feature implementation and architecture

Zaymo lets ecommerce marketers send emails that behave like websites. This enables in-email actions like one-click-purchasing, survey responses, and review collection that significantly increase conversion rates.

Zaymo is backed by investors like Y Combinator, the co-founder of You Tube, and others.

  We’ve grown 20% monthly over the last 12 months
• Excellent Team:
  We crossed $1M ARR with a team of 5 ex. Harvard, Cambridge, NASA, Route, Weave (YC W14)
• Strong Financials:
  Recently raised ~$2M from excellent investors, runway of 2+ years
• Great risk-reward profile: $1M ARR means it’s early enough to ride a lot of growth but late enough there is repeatable success and momentum

• 5+ years full-time SWE experience
• Strong individual contributor skills, especially in React/Typescript
• Ability and willingness to work in-person in Lehi, UT

• 6-8 years of full stack experience at early-stage startups (ideally owning a product / feature 0→1)
• Strong side projects
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science
• Positive attitude, love for building, and always learning

• We review your materials (application, resume, past projects, Git Hub)
• We do a 20-minute intro call over Zoom to confirm alignment
• We do a 60-minute systems design session
• We give you a short take-home (1-2 hours) related to our design discussion
• We do an on-site in-person to meet the team and discuss what you built
• We give you a decision within a week
