Workstream is hiring their first engineering hire on the delivery team to build AI-native services that automate and scale customer workflows for hourly workers. You will embed with design customers, map their real workflows, and build production agents, integrations, evaluations, and a human-review layer to ensure reliability.
You will own the components: how they work, how they fail, and how fast bespoke work becomes reusable, with proximity to real data and real-world impact.
