Team Driver Pay Miles

• $1.20 per mile (split)
• Fleet average: $120,000 per year
• 2,700 average miles per week
• Out Back runs:
  El Paso ⇄ Salt Lake City
• Dry Van freight
• Consistent, predictable lanes

Team Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum age: 21
• 6 months OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed individually)
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years or while holding a CDL
