We are seeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-quality emergency care at a hospital-based Emergency Department in Lehigh Acres, Florida. This opportunity offers a flexible locums schedule in a community-focused setting while working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team.
Clinical Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage medical emergencies andtrauma cases
- Perform emergency procedures as required
- Collaborate with nursing staff,specialists, and ancillary services
- Accurately document patient carein the electronic medical record
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Active Florida medical license(or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
