Float Phlebotomist-II

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 1:30 pm and Saturday 6 am-10 am (40hrs/week)

Pay Range: $20.27- $22.63 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws on all age groups.
• Verify patient  accurately label specimens.
• Enter patient and test data into systems efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Travel to various sites as needed; flexible scheduling required.
• Follow all company policies and standard procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a Patient Service Center (PSC) or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in keyboard and data entry operations is essential.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
