We are looking for a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN to provide private duty nursing care for various patients across multiple locations. This role offers flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts (days, nights, weekends).

- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
