Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Shift managers provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitor performance, maintain safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
QualificationsPrevious leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Must be 18 years or older and able to maintain a flexible schedule.
