• Receive, record, and sort donations to process through the Kaizen system.
• Ensure full compliance with Kaizen guidelines, audit procedures, and 5‑minute drills.
• Meet or exceed set production goals with a focus on process improvement and increased productivity.
• Assist in all areas of the production process and cross‑train to cover other specified duties as needed.
• Perform additional duties such as donation attendant, merchandising, cleaning, and other tasks instructed by supervisors.

High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.

• Mobility to turn, lean, kneel, or bend to perform processing tasks in backroom or sales floor.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and for continuous periods.
• Sort donations according to the Kaizen system and follow processing and pricing guidelines.
• Basic math skills and ability to see and recognize colors.
• Stamina to stand for long periods and occasional work in variable temperatures and climates.

$14.00 per hour.
