As a Mobile Expert, you will work as part of a retail team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You will build energy and excitement around our products and services, connect with customers, and help them find personalized solutions. This role is designed as a learning position, preparing you for advancement to a Retail Associate Manager.

• Serve and sell to customers, providing a world-class experience and building loyalty
• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store
• Demonstrate the latest technology and accessories
• Use digital tools to showcase coverage and plans
• Complete training on systems, processes, and product knowledge
• Build relationships with customers and team members
• Identify and refer small business leads
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and succeed in a sales environment
