We are currently looking for the right Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team. Pay rate ranges from $14.00 to $17.00 per hour
, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process.

We offer an opportunity to earn commission in addition to hourly pay, with potential to earn up to 8% on transactions in the commission plan information provided during the interview process.

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides. The role greets, engages, and assists customers with sales, loans, and other transactions, and works with a wide variety of merchandise including tools, electronics, jewelry, and potentially firearms in FFL locations.

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed.
• Handle sales and loan transactions according to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
• Answer inbound calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers; collaborate to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and perform other duties as needed.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds; able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified (where applicable).
• Minimum Age: 18 years old;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency; cash handling experience is preferred.
• Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and standard office equipment.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed; ability to work weekends and holidays.

The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2–8% commission, based on gross profit of personal performance. Additional details are provided during the interview process.
